9/28/11 Energy Bus
Yesterday was a good day. I started the day pretty early spraying a few houses for bugs. I was in the car for a long time on my way to my first appointment so I decided to use the time for my morning grateful drive. It was a good way to start the morning. Most of my gratefulness was around my family, especially my wife. Usually the habit is to put on the Bob And Tom show as soon as I wake up. This was a nice change of pace. It started my day off on a different foot. I spent the rest of the morning listening to President Monson's biography. I feel like it gave me energy and motivation. I accomplished a lot yesterday and I was a little more selfless than I normally am. That is my "Golf Shot" of the day. I accomplished a lot of chores and was better with my family.

Energybus Experiment
I am going to run and experiment for 2 weeks. Tessa does this a lot to feel better and I am going to see if it works for me. I am going to take ten minutes per morning to say things that I am grateful for. I am going to do this every morning before I go to work. I n the evening I am going to take a success walk and think about one or two things that really went well that day. In the energy bus book it talked about how golfers leave the course thinking of the one good shot they hit all round and not the others they did poorly one. I will think about these "good shots" and write everyday about my experiences.
